Frances is passionate about Pilates and Meditation. As a trainer and instructor, Frances leads Mat Pilates and Hot Mat Pilates classes, as well as trains others in the Grounding Spot Meditation technique.

Shannon Casey

Certified Coach

Shannon is a Professional Certified Coach by the ICF with over 1600 hours of coaching. "My approach is that the client has all of their own answers; our work lies in evoking those answers together."

 

Shannon completed a mindfulness and meditation course with UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center and is certified as a mindfulness facilitator. She is also trained as a Mental Health Coach and works with clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. "There are tools I can offer for stress, anxiety and burnout so you are able to manage your thoughts, emotions and behaviors and live a more balanced life."

Certified Coach

Dr. Michele Moul is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Mentor credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. She is a staff coach and mentor with Ideal Coaching Global and the founder of OneWorld Coaching Global.  She specializes in Ontological, Ecological and Mindfulness Coaching.  Dr. Moul excels in forming meaningful partnerships with her clients in order to create safe and loving spaces full of exploration and awareness.

 

 Dr. Moul has worked in health and wellness for over 25 years and has pursued meditation, personal growth and spirituality for over 30 years. As a coach she assists growth seekers who are on the edge of their greatness and ready to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.  Dr. Moul provides the support, encouragement and accountability necessary for clients to achieve clarity and the alignment of mind, body and spirit to step into the life that is out there waiting for them — a life full of meaning and purpose!
